I am already implementing most of the recommendations, but I can elevate myself by a couple of more pointers that I picked up during this course. I want to be able to support my team as best as I can and mitigate the feeling of resentment or untrust that I sometimes have to endure. Loved the course.

Hello Elizabeth, thank you for this. Leading a team while carrying someone's resentment or mistrust is quiet, tiring work, and it rarely gets acknowledged; we are glad the course did some of that acknowledging. That you were already doing most of it and still looked for a couple more pointers says more about you than about the course.
